These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Almusaid Almusafir (“we”, “us”). By requesting a quotation or making a booking, you agree to them.
Our role
We arrange travel services such as flights, hotels, transfers, tours and documentation assistance. Many of these are provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport and tour operators). Their own terms, fare rules and conditions apply, and we will draw your attention to the key ones before you pay.
Quotations and prices
Quotations are free and non-binding. Prices depend on availability and can change until your booking is confirmed and paid. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for the period shown on it. Prices are shown in the currency stated in your quotation and include applicable taxes as itemised.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we receive payment (or the agreed deposit) and send you written confirmation. Payment methods and schedules will be stated in your quotation.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the airline, hotel or supplier, which may include penalties or non-refundable amounts. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Our own service fees, if any, will be itemised in your quotation.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, health documents and any other documents required for your journey, and for providing names exactly as shown in your passport. Visa approval is decided solely by the issuing authority; we cannot guarantee it.
Liability
We act with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers or for events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, government action or airline schedule changes, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or automated requests. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
